The Philip Ann Resort is an officially accredited Dive Resort as per the Philippine Commission on Sports SCUBA Diving pursuant to Letter of Instruction No. 745 s.1978, Republic Act (RA) No. 9593 or the “Tourism Act of 2009,” and other relevant government issuance.
Set in the vibrant heart of the Philippines’ diving epicentre, where every dive promises discovery and adventure beneath the waves.
The marine protected waters in Anilao, Mabini, include the Mabini Marine Reserve, established in 1991, and three specific marine sanctuaries: Cathedral Rock, Arthurs Rock, and Twins Rocks.

Just two hours south of Manila – traffic dependent of course – Anilao is, without doubt, one of the most accessible diving destinations in the entire country. And, with such a convenient location, it’s hardly a surprise that this small peninsula was the birthplace of scuba diving in the Philippines, and the site of the country’s very first dive centre in 1966.
